As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns. Your role will involve overseeing SEO and PPC projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality performance across all channels. You will be the key point of contact for our international clients, responsible for driving results and addressing any concerns with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for optimization.
  • Create and optimize meta tags, including titles, descriptions, and headers, for improved search engine visibility.
  • Monitor SEO performance through tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO software, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct regular project audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Review and refine SEO projects to ensure they meet the latest search engine algorithms and client objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed SEO reports to clients, highlighting performance, insights, and next steps.

PPC Management:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
  • Monitor and adjust PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and meet client objectives.
  • Review and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare and present detailed PPC reports, including performance metrics, trends, and actionable insights.

Social Media Optimization:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and traffic.
  • Monitor social media channels, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to achieve client goals.
  • Help in creating social media content that aligns with SEO and PPC efforts.

Client Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Communicate campaign performance, strategy updates, and project progress to clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Address and resolve client concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored digital marketing strategies.

Project Management and Reporting:

  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure quality and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to clients, summarizing performance, insights, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on SEO, PPC, and Social Media Optimization.
  • Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, meta tag creation, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Experience with project audits, performance monitoring, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and handle client concerns professionally.
  • Ability to work with international clients and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
