Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic SEO Leadership: Forge and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to elevate our website’s visibility and ranking on search engines.
  • Keyword Mastery: Conduct extensive keyword research to identify and integrate optimal keywords throughout our website and marketing content. Continuously explore new, relevant keywords to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Goal Setting: Define and track clear, measurable goals to demonstrate the effectiveness of our SEO and marketing efforts.
  • Technical and On-Page SEO: Complete the on-page work of the website including creating meta tags, oversee website’s on-page SEO, optimizing everything from structure to content for search engine visibility.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Make informed decisions based on analytics, focusing efforts on strategies with the highest impact.
  • Link Building: Craft and execute a strategic link-building plan to strengthen website’s authority and search rankings.
  • SEO Architecture: Advise and apply modifications to our website’s architecture, content, linking, and other factors to better position us for our target keywords.
  • Performance Monitoring: Use tools such as Google Analytics to track SEO performance and pivot strategy based on solid data.
  • Competitive and Backlink Analysis: Analyze competitors and backlink profiles to uncover strategy insights and opportunities for growth.
  • Resource Database Development: Research and create a comprehensive database of quality resources for submissions, ensuring our content is placed in valuable and relevant contexts.
  • Continuous SEO Enhancement: Regularly evaluate and refine SEO tactics, staying updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes to keep our rankings high.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed reports on SEO campaigns, strategies, and outcomes, providing clear insights into performance, progress, and areas for improvement.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on all SEO-related work, ensuring adherence to best practices, strategy alignment, and the highest standards of excellence.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a team of SEO executives, delegating tasks effectively and monitoring their performance to ensure high standards of work and continuous professional growth
  • Strategic Recommendations: Offer strategic website recommendations to the sales team, empowering them to leverage this information in securing SEO project deals. Equip the sales team with detailed website analyses and optimization suggestions to bolster their pitches for SEO services.

Required Skills and Experience:
