Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to support our lead generation and outreach activities. The role involves data extraction, online research, email sending, and maintaining organized lead databases.
Training will be provided, so we are looking for someone who is willing to learn, follows instructions carefully, and has good computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Extract business data from online directories, websites, and spreadsheets
- Organize and update lead information in Excel or Google Sheets
- Send outreach emails using provided templates
- Maintain accurate records of submissions and responses
- Verify and clean data to ensure accuracy
- Conduct basic internet research to find business information
- Support the marketing and lead generation team with daily tasks
Requirements
- Any graduate with basic computer knowledge
- Good understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Comfortable using the internet and web-based tools
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of email communication
- Ability to follow processes and instructions carefully
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
