Project Coordinator (Remote UK/US Shift)
Location: Remote (India) Shift: Evening to Night (4 pm to 12:30 am) Experience: 2–4 years (Agency preferred)
Web Design Project Coordinator - Job Summary
The Project Coordinator will oversee web design and eCommerce development projects from kickoff to delivery. This role acts as the primary point of contact for clients, handling all communication, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
The ideal candidate has prior agency experience, understands fast-paced delivery environments, and is highly focused on meeting daily execution goals and monthly delivery targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Communication & Ownership
Serve as the main client-facing contact for all assigned projects
Conduct regular update calls, follow-ups, and expectation-setting
Prepare and share weekly and monthly project status reports
Manage feedback, revisions, and change requests efficiently
Escalate risks, scope creep, or delays proactively to the Delivery Lead
2. Project Oversight – Web & eCommerce
Oversee website design, WordPress development, and eCommerce (WooCommerce/Shopify) projects
Break projects into structured tasks and milestones
Assign tasks to designers, developers, and SEO team members
Track progress against defined timelines, daily output goals, and monthly delivery targets
Ensure timely approvals and smooth project flow
3. Internal Team Coordination
Run or support daily internal stand-up meetings
Follow up on pending tasks and remove execution blockers
Ensure proper shift handovers between India and Canada/US teams
Coordinate closely with Delivery Lead to maintain delivery speed and quality
Enforce SOPs and improve workflows where required
4. Timely Delivery & Target Management
Own project schedules and ensure on-time delivery of all milestones
Track daily productivity and monthly delivery targets
Maintain accountability across teams for deadlines and commitments
Flag delays early and drive corrective actions
5. Quality Control & Documentation
Ensure client feedback is documented clearly and implemented correctly
Track revisions and approvals to avoid rework
Maintain complete project documentation, notes, and handover details
Ensure zero information loss across teams and shifts
Must-Have Skills & Requirements
Prior experience in a digital marketing or web development agency (mandatory)
Strong understanding of web design and eCommerce development workflows
Excellent spoken and written English; confident on client calls
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Comfortable working in night-shift overlap with Canadian/US clients
Ability to manage multiple web projects simultaneously
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience handling Canadian or US-based clients
Working knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and basic SEO concepts
Hands-on experience with project management tools
